Fall 2015

Fishing remains strong with the warm start to our Fall this year. Water temps are in the low 70's still and the pelagic species are still here.
Also, the bay fishing is heating up. Flounder are trickling in and can be found on the leeward side of the inshore wrecks. We have also been catching them in the bay and harbor with short leaders and live bull minnows. Amberjack have moved in close and catching them on artificial has been the best way to target them. Spring has sprung!

What an awesome couple weeks it has been! We have been catching sheepshead and red fish daily in the bay and caught our first pompano today. The weather has cooperated and we have seen temps in the low 80's on a couple days. The bite has been strong both inshore and offshore. Getting our trip limit of Amberjack offshore has been doable each day this past week on our 6 plus hour trips. They are thick and we are seeing bigger fish in closer (30-38 inch fish.) Summer 2012 Update

The 2012 Destin Fishing season is in full swing. With LOTS of Snapper and Grouper being caught within ten miles of the beach, customers have been having a blast! The Gulf bite continues to remain strong with a 2nd round of Cobia showing up; putting the total Cobia caught with Gulf-Angler fishing charters this summer at 22. Bay fishing is also been great with slot redfish being caught around the flats and docks and big trout being landed around bridges and pilings. Gulf-Angler fishing charters...
